I am a Well-being Expert specializing in Stress Management, with a rich background in professional speaking and authorship of self-help books. I hold a Master’s Degree and a PhD in Stress Management and Health Promotion from the Athens School of Medicine.
My work focuses on conducting live seminars and workshops that promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle through proactive and preventive measures. I guide individuals on the right ways to eat, exercise, manage stress, and facilitate positive change. Recognizing work-related stress as a significant stressor in daily life, I emphasize the benefits of workplace health programs. These programs empower individuals to develop knowledge, self-management, and coping skills while fostering social support networks among coworkers, managers, and family.
Currently, I serve as a WHO Consultant, collaborating with the mental health team at the Athens Quality of Care and Patient Safety office in Greece.
